1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

    • The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.
    • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by making a clear statement (e.g., by email, postal mail, or via the cancellation options described below).

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw within the 14-day period:

    • you will not be charged,
    • you retain full access to the platform until the end of the free trial,
    • after the trial, your account will be automatically downgraded to the Free Plan,
    • no payments will be collected.

Withdrawal after the 14-day period is no longer possible, in accordance with Art. 355(4) BGB.

3. Free Trial & Automatic Activation

If you do not cancel or withdraw during the free 14-day trial, your selected paid plan (Basic or Pro) will automatically activate at the end of the trial, and payment will be collected.

4. Digital Services Notice

Under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Section 356(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal may expire early if:

    • the service has been fully performed,
    • you consented to the start of the service before the withdrawal period ended,
    • and you confirmed your acknowledgment of losing the right of withdrawal in such cases.

During the free trial period, however, withdrawal remains possible at any time within the first 14 days.
